Your Satisfaction Matters! At Trendia Foods, we are committed to providing our customers with top-quality food items and edibles. Due to the nature of the products we sell, we are unable to accept returns. This policy ensures our products' safety, hygiene, and freshness for all customers. However, your satisfaction is important to us. If you are not satisfied with your purchase or if you have received a damaged or defective item, please reach out to our Customer Support team at  info@trendia.co within 24 hours of receiving the product. Depending on the specific issue and our evaluation, we will work with you to address your concerns and find a suitable solution. Please note that refunds or replacements will only be considered for damaged or defective items, and all decisions will be made at the sole discretion of Trendia Foods. We appreciate your understanding and support as we strive to maintain the highest quality and safety standards for our customers.
NOTE: For any claims against the order an unboxing video is a must!

For any claims, an unboxing video is a must:

a)  Please do not accept if the package is tampered or damaged.
b)  An unboxing video is a must for any claims against the order.
c) Unboxing video should cover all the sides of the package. It must be a single video NO PAUSE NO CUT
d) Video should be taken from a distance to fully cover the opening of the package.
e) After unboxing, the product is to be opened, and damage or numbers of items are to be clearly shown in the video.
f) Video to be submitted within 6 hours of the delivery.
g) Small marks & scratches are not considered damage.
h) If any breakage or missing item we will refund/exchange only for a number of pcs Damaged or Missing after viewing the 360-degree opening video.

 
Cancellation Policy:

How to cancel my order if I change my mind after placing the order?

1) Cancellations are accepted within 24hrs of placing the order and a 6% (credit card/PayPal transaction fee) will be deducted for a refund. Transaction fees will not be deducted for store credit. 

2) Order can only be canceled if it is not shipped from the warehouse yet.
