How to Use:
Soak moong for 2-3 hours and pressure cook them.
Heat some oil in a pan and add curry leaves, chopped green chillies, onion, tomato and cook until translucent.
Add salt, turmeric and red chilli powder and stir for about a minute.
Now add the boiled moongs and mix well. Serve hot with chapattis.
